Efficiency. Performance. Sustainability.
Dissipate up to 80% of your server heat with ultra-high-performance and eco-friendly liquid cooling technology.
Direct Liquid Cooling is a cooling system in which cooling liquids circulate in direct contact with high-temperature components, such as processors (CPUs), graphics cards (GPUs) or even entire motherboards.
Unlike air cooling, the liquid used in DLC has a much higher heat transfer capacity, enabling heat to be dissipated more efficiently and quickly. The fluids used can vary: demineralized water, glycol mixtures or specialized dielectric fluids.

Turnkey installation with radiators, pumps, reservoirs and quick disconnects for complete thermal management.
Direct Liquid Cooling represents an advanced cooling solution offering significant advantages for companies seeking to optimize their IT performance.
Liquid absorbs much more heat than air, drastically reducing air conditioning needs.
More compact systems allowing maximum component density in restricted spaces.
DLC operates much more quietly than fan-based systems, even under high loads.
Significant reduction in energy costs, particularly interesting for datacenters.
Better controlled temperatures reduce thermal stress and extend component lifespan.
There are several types of DLC, each adapted to specific needs:
Liquid comes into direct contact with the component via cooling blocks installed on the CPU, GPU or other critical parts.
Components are immersed in a non-conductive dielectric liquid. Ideal for complete servers and high-density systems.
Air/liquid combination where some parts use liquid for critical components, others use air for additional dissipation.
Setting up a Direct Liquid Cooling system requires meticulous planning, careful component selection and precise installation steps.

The choice of liquid is crucial in DLC. Common fluids include:

Cooling components must be adapted to the elements they need to cool:

The installation of cooling blocks must be precise to ensure maximum contact with surfaces to be cooled. Tubes carrying the liquid must be perfectly sealed to prevent any leakage.

Before starting the system, it is essential to perform a leak test. Leaks can damage electronic components, especially if conductive liquids like demineralized water are used. A pressure test is often performed to detect weak points.

Once in place, the system requires regular monitoring and maintenance. The liquid must be checked periodically to avoid any deposits or contamination that could reduce cooling efficiency.
